Meet the Team

At Neuro Restore, we're a small, passionate team united by one belief — that the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal when the nervous system is supported. We're here to walk alongside you in that process.

Natalie Simpson

Founder & Lead Practitioner | Neurological Integration Practitioner | Dural Tissue Therapist | Certified Results Coach

Restoring health. Rewiring hope. Reconnecting people to their fullest potential.

I've always been drawn to understanding the human body — but it wasn't until I experienced the power of natural, holistic therapies for myself that I truly found my calling.

I began my professional journey with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and went on to work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), caring for some of our most vulnerable newborns. While incredibly rewarding, I sensed there was something more — a deeper, more foundational way to support the body in healing itself.

That's when I was introduced to the Neurological Integration System (NIS) in 2015 — and everything changed.

    • 2015 — Introduced to NIS; experienced its results firsthand

    • 2017 — Began formal NIS study in Australia

    • 2018 — Qualified as an NIS Masters Practitioner

    • 2021 — Completed advanced training in Dural Tissue Therapy (DTT), a powerful method for releasing trauma from the nervous system and supporting brain health and immune resilience

    • 2022 — Became a Certified Results Coach, incorporating Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy, and mindset strategies to address limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, and emotional barriers

    • Now — Offers personalised coaching programmes for individuals, couples, and groups, both in-person and online

  • Over the years, I've witnessed remarkable transformations — from clients recovering from chronic illness, hormonal imbalances, stress and fatigue, to those finding emotional peace, restored energy, and renewed direction in life.

What drives me is knowing that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made. When we restore neurological communication, reduce neural inflammation, and support the body holistically, true healing begins.

My work is grounded in the belief that every client can thrive — with the right tools, support, and commitment. I'm here to walk alongside you as you restore your nervous system, reconnect with your vitality, and live a vibrant, fulfilled life.

    Warmly, Natalie Simpson

Melanie Storey

NIS Practitioner in Training | Student Clinical Nutritionist

My journey with NIS began in 2023 when I came to Neuro Restore desperate for relief from daily migraines and concussion symptoms that had left me unable to work, socialise, or think straight. After my first session the severity decreased immediately — and a few appointments later I was consistently working full days again without pain or fatigue. NIS truly gave me my life back.

Inspired by those results, I'm now training as an NIS practitioner under Natalie's mentorship, alongside completing a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cellular Biology and a qualification in clinical nutrition. My aim is simple: to help every client feel their best.

  • My background in science gives me a deep appreciation for the biology behind what NIS does — and why it works. I bring a holistic lens to every session, looking at how nutrition, nervous system health, and lifestyle intersect to either support or hinder the body's ability to heal. I'm passionate about helping clients understand their own bodies and feel empowered in their health journey.

Lylie Mallek

Clinic Coordinator | NIS Student

Lylie is the warm face you'll be greeted by when you arrive at Neuro Restore. With over 20 years in hospitality management, event coordination and business ownership, she has always been drawn to understanding people — not just what they do, but how they feel.

Witnessing the impact of nervous system-focused care firsthand at Neuro Restore inspired Lylie to begin formal study in Human Anatomy and Physiology as part of her NIS training pathway. She believes many women have normalised feeling exhausted and overwhelmed — and she's committed to helping change that.

  • Lylie is passionate about identifying the root causes of dysfunction and supporting the body's innate ability to heal when the nervous system is regulated. As she progresses through her studies and clinical training, she looks forward to stepping into practitioner hours and working directly with clients in their healing journeys.
