Booking Guidelines for New and Returning Clients

As the seasons change, our appointment calendar fills quickly — thank you for your understanding and forward planning.

  • Starting your journey with Neuro Restore? We are looking forward to meeting you!

We recommend pre-booking your first three appointments, spaced 7–14 days apart.

This rhythm allows your nervous system the consistency it needs to begin restoring, supporting the formation and stabilisation of healthy neural pathways.

If you are navigating mental health concerns, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), chronic conditions, or more complex health challenges, we encourage you to book your initial sessions closer together (around 7 days apart). This helps build momentum and creates a stronger foundation for your healing journey.

Once your appointments are secured, you’ll receive a New Client Form via your confirmation email. Completing this promptly allows Natalie to gain a clear understanding of your health concerns and prioritise your care from the very beginning.

If an earlier appointment would better suit you, simply add a note when booking to join the waitlist—we’ll be in touch if an opportunity becomes available.

Ready to begin? You can book your appointments online via the link above.

  • If it has been more than six months since your last NIS appointment, we recommend booking a NIS Maintenance (45 minutes) session.

This allows space for a thorough reassessment, supporting your nervous system to restore, recalibrate, and return to a more balanced state.

For those attending more regularly, 30-minute sessions provide focused, ongoing support—helping to maintain progress, support nervous system function, and keep your body moving towards a balanced and restored state.

If you would like the opportunity to be seen sooner, you are welcome to join the waitlist by adding a note to your booking. Should a suitable time become available, we will be in touch.
