I have always had an interest in health and over the last few years have become more and more passionate about holistic health and wellbeing.
I have realised that we must look at alternative therapies to rectify health issues, rather than relying on pharmaceuticals. I believe our bodies were fearfully and wonderfully made and it brings me great joy to assist people in restoring their bodies to wellness.
I was first introduced to the Neurological Integration System [NIS] back in 2015 by a friend. Around this time I had graduated from university with a Bachelor in Health Science, specialising in Nursing. I started my nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where I cared for premature babies with complex health conditions. It was stressful but fulfilling, yet at the same time I needed something else and God knew what it was.
During this time, I was continuously amazed by the personal health benefits gained from NIS. This led me to redirect my post graduate training into the field of NIS. In early 2017, I commenced training in Australia to become qualified as a Neurological Integration Practitioner. I have since gained proficiency and at the end of 2018 I qualified as a NIS Masters Practitioner. In 2021 I completed Part 1, 2 & 3 in Dural Tissue Therapy which has been life-changing for so many of my clients.
Time and again I have seen restoration in an individual’s health and the dramatic improvement in wellbeing that follows. This has been extremely rewarding. I am excited to have the opportunity to help others restore optimum health and wellbeing through the amazing health modality on NIS.
In 2022, I became a certified results coach. This incorporates NLP techniques, time-line therapy, intention setting processes, habitual behaviours and self-sabotage breaking techniques.
Ive been running these in an 8 session program, for individuals, couples, and groups, either in-person, or online.
The transformations are so unique to the person and I am blown away by the progress that is seen in these sessions.
It is my intention that everyone of my clients thrives and lives a vibrant life, feeling fulfilled and restored after putting effort into their health and well-being.

My journey with NIS began in September 2023, when I reached out to Natalie at Neuro Restore, desperate for an effective treatment for concussion and migraines. I had suffered with daily migraines, pain and fatigue that forced me unable to work, socialise, or even think straight!
After my first NIS session I noticed that the severity of the migraines decreased, and I was amazed. No other treatments, supplements or lifestyle changes that I’d tried had ever worked that quickly and effectively (and I’d tried everything!) A few appointments later and I was able to consistently work full days again without pain or fatigue, and since my 6th appointment, I have rarely had any signs or symptoms of migraines or concussion. NIS truly gave me my life back!
Inspired by my results, I am now training as an NIS practitioner, mentored by Natalie. I am also a student clinical nutritionist, and have a Bachelor of Science majoring in Molecular & Cellular Biology. I am thrilled to be able to share this knowledge with clients, using a holistic approach to enhance their health and wellbeing.
As a practitioner, my aim and purpose is to ensure that each of my clients feel their best!
