Booking Guidelines for New and Returning Clients
As the seasons change, our appointment calendar fills quickly — thank you for your understanding and forward planning.
If you are new to Neuro Restore or the Neurological Integration System (NIS), it is essential that you pre-book your first three appointments, spaced 7–14 days apart.
This continuity is key to supporting your nervous system and allowing neural pathways to form and stabilise. For clients with Mental health concerns, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), chronic conditions, or more serious health challenges, we strongly recommend scheduling appointments closer to 7 days apart to build momentum in your healing process.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a New Client Form in your confirmation email — please complete this promptly. It allows Natalie to triage your health concerns and prioritise your care accordingly.
If it has been more than six months since your last NIS appointment, please select the “NIS Maintenance (45 minutes)”option to allow enough time for a full reassessment.
Maintenance appointments are designed for existing clients who haven’t had a session in a while.
30-minute sessions are best suited to regular or frequent clients.
Should a cancellation become available, Natalie will contact you and offer to bring your appointment forward where possible.
Thank you for your understanding and for prioritising your wellbeing.
Yours in Health and Wellness — Natalie and Melanie.
